Job Summary: Looking for an Accounting Clerk in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Process and record various financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and distribute invoices to clients, track accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accurate recording of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, as well as annual financial statements and reports
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, etc
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for financial documents and records
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
- Possess a Degree in Accounting or any related course
- At least 1+ years of related working experience required
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Should have a basic understanding of financial statements and reporting
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
