Job Overview:

CESI is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Accountant cum Sales Executive

to join our Dubai-based team. This dual-role position requires a strong background in both accounting and sales, with

at least 1 year of Dubai experience

in each. The ideal candidate should be locally knowledgeable, confident with numbers, and skilled in engaging with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping. Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. Handle invoicing, petty cash, and bank reconciliations. Oversee accounts receivable/payable and cash flow tracking. Ensure VAT compliance and assist with tax filings. Coordinate with external auditors during audits.

Sales Responsibilities:

Promote CESI's educational programs and services. Attend to walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads. Convert leads into enrollments through follow-ups and consultations. Support marketing and outreach activities. Maintain sales records and CRM data.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in Dubai.

Minimum 1 year of local sales experience in Dubai.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, presentable, and target-oriented. Must be based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
