Position Overview

The Accounting Analyst will support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities in the AmSpec Group. This role is part of a growing India-based finance team supporting General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post routine and non-routine journal entries. Assist with monthly accruals, prepaids, and amortization schedules. Support intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis. Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data before close deadlines

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years of accounting experience (GL, AP, AR, or reconciliations). Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite or Business Central preferred. Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data validation). Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams. * Experience working with multinational organizations or shared service environments is a plus.
