. This role is essential in supporting our sales and operations teams by preparing accurate quotations, tracking client accounts, and issuing timely invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send
accurate quotations
to clients based on crane rental/project requirements.
Issue
sales invoices
and track receivables.
Maintain a clear and organized
log of all quotations, POs, and invoices
.
Coordinate with the operations and sales team to ensure pricing consistency and timely billing.
Follow up with clients for pending payments.
Prepare
monthly billing reports
and support basic bookkeeping.
Ensure all documents comply with
VAT and local accounting standards
.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience
in accounting or admin roles, preferably in the
tower crane, construction, or heavy equipment industry
.
Strong command of
Microsoft Excel
,
Word
, and
basic accounting software
(e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
Knowledge of
quotation formats, VAT invoicing, and UAE billing standards
.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
