G+6 residential/commercial building construction project
in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have
valid UAE certification and license
, with proven experience operating tower cranes on similar mid-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate tower crane safely and efficiently as per project requirements.
Lift, move, and position heavy materials such as steel, concrete, and formwork.
Coordinate with site supervisors, riggers, and signalmen to ensure safe lifting operations.
Conduct daily pre-operation checks and routine maintenance of the crane.
Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and company procedures.
Maintain accurate logbook records of crane operations and inspections.
Assist in identifying and reporting any equipment faults or hazards.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Tower Crane Operator License
issued by a recognized authority.
Third-party certificate
for tower crane operation.
Minimum
3 years of tower crane operation experience in the UAE
.
Strong knowledge of rigging signals, load charts, and safety procedures.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced construction environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be physically fit and willing to work long hours if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in
G+6 or mid-rise building projects
.
Familiarity with
Dubai South, DCD, or municipality protocols
is a plus.
Basic understanding of Arabic or English for site coordination.
