Expected Start Date: 20/12/2023
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; and preparing reports.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information. and recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status, preparing balance sheet and profit and loss (P&L) statement, and assists with AP and AR reconciliation
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations.
- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in tax, accounting, or finance
- CPA
- Minimum 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in accounting/finance
- Experience with financial reporting requirements
- Experience in working within healthcare & or pharmaceutical industry in UAE
- Proficient in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use company ERP/CRM systems as required by finance processes.
- Has worked in a diverse, multi-cultured, multi-national and multi-disciplined workforce to achieve high performance standards and quality of services.
- Knowledge of regional best practice in finance set up, management and customer experience excellence.
- Knowledge of Statutory audit requirements.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
