Job Description
Accountant
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports with minimum supervision
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping
- Process timely payments and ensure vendors accounts are reconciled
- Periodic bank account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Can prepare daily & weekly bank/cash position
- Maintain relationships with Banks
- Month-end, year-end closing processes with complete review from trial balance to P&L and Balance sheet
- Coordinate with external auditors to complete annual audits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Internal controls
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERP and MS office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
