Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Send statement of accounts to customers and follow up on outstanding balances.
Ensure timely collection of overdue invoices.
Post supplier invoices and payments into the accounting system.
Reconcile bank and other accounts as directed.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks.
Support the finance team in various accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Assist in internal and external audits by preparing the necessary documentation and reports.
Stay informed on basic accounting principles and relevant updates.
