Job Description

We are looking to hire a female Accountant for one of our client in Dubai, JLT QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have an accounting background- preparing quotations, invoices, cheque disbursement, bank reconciliation and preparation of financial statements.
  • Degree in BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Business Administration or related
  • Minimum 3 years significant experience in a related role
  • Minimum 1-year experience in UAE
  • Competency in Microsoft applications
  • Must be comfortable working and communicating with other nationalities
  • Experience in handling VIP customers personally, an advantage.
  • Looking for candidates who can join with in 15 days.
1. Maintains full set of accounts (i.e. sorting and analyzing transactions, making journal entries to monthly closing of books up to the preparation of accounting reports). 2. Prepares the schedules for monthly filing of VAT returns. Computes output vat, input vat and the tax payable for the period while making sure that all the supporting documents are correct and complete. 3. Coordinates with auditors during annual audit and provides the schedules as required. 4. Performs monthly bank reconciliation. 5. In charge of Accounts Payable and ensures that payables are paid on or before due date. 6. Prepares and issues quotations and invoices. Communicates directly with clients Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
