One of our client is looking to hire for a Female Accountant. Candidate who has completed her bachelor degree of accounting with min 2 years UAE experience.
Must have a construction/ contracting/ interior designing background (project wise accounting records)

Taking on initiatives
Must be able to assist the Accounting Manager to meet the deadlines
Reconciliation of Bank Account Statements and/or Credit Card Statement Transactions with receipts/invoices received
Assisting on chasing suppliers for tax invoices with the correct Company Name and TRN
Assisting on chasing suppliers for bank account details, payment links and/or tax invoices (when not provided)
Assisting on collecting & chasing on rebates from suppliers or subcontractors
Assisting on communicating with suppliers and subcontractors for any accounting related matters
Assisting on quarterly VAT Filing
Assisting on Labour Payroll calculation
Preferably with accounting background/ experience
Knowledgeable in MS Office (particularly Excel)
Knowledgeable in Tally (must know how to properly book Tally Entries)
Must have knowledge on invoices, receipts, SOA to share to clients
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail specially when talking to clients
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
