Job Title: Accountant (Tagalog Speaker)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant for one of our clients in Dubai, with a specific focus on order processing and cost tracking. This role involves handling approximately 250 orders per year via the Autodesk portal and maintaining accurate financial records related to both revenue and costs in our accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Manage and process approximately 250 orders annually on the Autodesk portal, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Revenue and Cost Entry: Enter revenue from placed orders and corresponding costs into the accounting system in line with internal protocols.
Expense Management: Record and track additional business-related expenses to maintain up-to-date financial records.
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to verify order and cost data.
Assist in monthly and annual reporting as needed.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of accounting experience (experience with software-related transactions is a plus).
Has experience using Autodesk software.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Must be available to join immediately
