Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliations of bank statements. Invoicing & Payments: Prepare and issue invoices, follow up on collections, and process vendor payments. Tax & Compliance: Ensure VAT compliance, filing tax returns, and adhering to UAE financial regulations. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing financial budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts. Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll, calculate incentives, and handle employee-related financial matters. Cost Control: Monitor project costs, material purchases, and operational expenses to ensure profitability. Audit & Reporting: Prepare financial reports and coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Coordination: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to streamline financial processes related to signage and advertising projects.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience in the signage and advertising industry in the UAE. Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or any other accounting software. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws, WPS payroll, and financial compliance. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for cost optimization. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
