Carpentry & Decor Company is seeking a professional and detail-oriented
Accountant / Secretary
to support both the finance and administrative functions of the company. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations and assist with office coordination and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, petty cash, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or Excel)
Assist in preparing VAT filings and monthly reports
Handle phone calls, emails, and basic customer communication professionally
Organize and maintain filing systems and office records
Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination
Provide administrative support to the management team as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting tools
Strong communication skills in English
Organized, presentable, and able to multitask
Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining

AED 2500 per month
Working Hours:
Saturday to Thursday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
