Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Prepare financial statements and monthly reports in compliance with UAE standards
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Utilize SAP Business One for accounting, reporting, and financial analysis
Assist with internal and external audits
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation
Review and verify all financial documents and procedures
Handle VAT filing and other statutory compliance
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience; candidates with prior experience in the security industry are preferred
Software Knowledge:
Proficient in SAP Business One
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Certificates must be attested by the home country and UAE authorities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
