Job Duties Computerized day to date maintenance of accounts and finalization up to Trial balance, Profit & loss Accounts, Balance Sheet and other related reports and schedules. Reconciliation of various accounts such as banks, cash accounts, customers and suppliers accounts etc. Handling correspondence with banks, customers and suppliers etc. Preparation of periodical reports to the management (Reports regarding the Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, Ageing report of debtors and creditors, sales report , purchases etc. for a particular period or as per the requirement of management. Entry of all vouchers in computer, such as Receipts and Payments, Journals, Sales and Purchases, Debit Notes and Credit Notes etc. Co-ordinate with auditors for the finalization of accounts, Preparation of invoices, debit notes, credit notes, journals and other vouchers and data entry of all vouchers in financial software system for day to date maintenance of accounts. Control and manage the inventory and keep a good inventory system for all materials Preparation of monthly pay roll & Transfer employees salary through WPS system and Maintaining the records of Employees Loans and Advances, Gratuity, Annual Leave and monthly Payroll etc. Filing of VAT returns , payments and Preparation of monthly VAT Report. Control and records of company\xe2\x80\x99s PDC payments. Preparation of statements and accounts of Depreciation, Companies vehicles. Experience in Bank Guarantees, letter of credit and banking facilities Preparation of utility bills (Telephone, Internet, Fax and Electricity) for payments. Provide technical support to the Accountant Manager Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures Minimum Requirement Minimum experience 5 years in Accounting and Finance Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance Bilingual English and Arabic Language Professional in Microsoft Excel, word and familiar with accounting software Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract Ability to commute/relocate:
