Job Description
- Preparation of monthly and year-end closings.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements).
- Cost controlling for operational and non-operation expense.
- Comprehensive interaction with suppliers- invoice receiving, checking, reconciliation, communication.
- Payroll management (salaries, overtime, leaves final settlements).
- Petty cash and expense report recording.
- Entered financial data into the company accountant database to verify and reconcile.
- UAE experience in the same field
- Good writing, speaking, reading English
- Fluent in Russian
- Experience with accounting software: First Bit/1c, Quick book ( preferable)
- Work schedule Monday-Saturday (6/1)
- Modern office in Dubai Hills
- Language courses
- Visa, insurance
