Job Role: Accounts Payable Executive in a FMCG company.
Experience required: 3 Plus years of experience in Retail / FMCG companies in UAE required. Prefer candidates who can join immediate.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supermarket daily payouts (Petty cash expenses)
2. Accounts payable filing
3. All input claim filing
4. Retail other income bookings ( Debit note / Promo support / Display income ( Vendor registration / Listing fees)
5. Receive and review invoices from suppliers and vendors.
6. Purchase order matching
7. Process payments to suppliers and vendors through various methods as per SOP.
8. Vendor management - Maintain good relations with Vendors and suppliers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
