We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting our financial planning and analysis. Must have a good command on QuickBooks.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Maintain Financial Records:

Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately. Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts.

Prepare Financial Statements:

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Monitor and process invoices and payments. Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements with internal records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis. Monitor financial performance against budget.

VAT & Compliance:

Prepare and file VAT returns as per UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations.

Audit Support:

Liaise with internal and external auditors. Prepare audit schedules and provide required documentation.

Payroll Processing:

Support payroll calculations and ensure timely payments. Maintain employee payment records and statutory deductions.

Inventory & Asset Management:

Track company assets and depreciation schedules. Reconcile inventory and report variances, if any.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data to support business decisions. Provide management with insights and recommendations.

System & Process Improvements:

Suggest and implement improvements in financial processes and controls. Ensure proper use of accounting software and systems.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
