Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of a Rental auditor is to examine the Rental Agreements, review the payment against the invoices, charge for non-invoiced components. Refund the excess balance to the customer within the agreed timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

o Review all the closed rental agreements, validate the charges billed to the customer.

o Any discrepancy in the invoices, issue manual invoice from the system and also collect the payment from the pre-auth card using POS machine. Inform the customer though the automated mail system about the charges deducted and share the supporting documents.

o Respond to Network International, bank related disputes/queries relating to customer changeout, refund, supporting documents to authenticate the claim etc.

o Process the refund against the deposits through debit card received from the customer after 30days from the date of closing contract.

o Allocate the damage estimation to the closed rentals.

o Obtaining management approval for Issuing the credit notes against any discount/ short collection etc

o Ensure there is no outstanding balance in DWM contracts and rentals. In case of any discrepancy, escalate to the management.

o Assisting the rental agent to rectify the invoices, receipts, and rental rates on daily basis to eliminate discrepancies.

Education Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Proven experience in credit control or a related financial role. Strong analytical and financial analysis skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with credit management software and financial systems.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
