Accountant Real Estate Property Developer
Job Description
u Overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable for Property Developer Accounting company
u Knowledge on Escrow Accounts Handling
u Knowledge on Property Reservation Agreements/Sales Purchase Agreements
u Real Estate Property Broker Payment
u Knowledge on ZOHO and Oracle is must
u Reviewing contracts to ensure the terms are consistent with accounting standards
u Preparing budgets for potential real estate ventures based on projected income and expenses
u Performing audits of existing properties to verify property values for financial statements
u Reviewing financial records to reconcile business accounts
u Facilitating property purchases and sales by printing and distributing cheques|u Communicating with vendors to ensure they pay bills on time
u Maintaining accurate records of transactions
u Preparing financial statements
u Analyzing data to identify financial trends and opportunities for improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
