The Accountant is responsible for accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, and day-to-day accounting operations, with the ability to handle documentation and communication in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and internal controls. Support
VAT filings
, audits, and regulatory submissions. Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external consultants. Prepare financial explanations and documentation inArabic
when required. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.Requirements
Native Arabic speaker
(written & spoken) - mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-6 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. English proficiency is an advantage. High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.Job Type: Full-time
