We are looking for a skilled and reliable
Accountant
to manage the financial operations across all three entities. This role requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling multi-company accounts.Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accounts for multiple companies.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
Handle
salary payroll
for all employees across companies.Maintain and reconcile
Cash on Delivery (COD) accounts
.Process customer remittances accurately and on time.
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in managing accounts for multiple companies.
Strong knowledge of payroll management and reconciliations.
Experience handling
COD accounts
and customer settlements.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or similar).
