Job Summary:

Kwik Steel Structures is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Accountant / Accounts Assistant

to join our finance team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the

steel fabrication or construction industry

and be proficient in using ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor, subcontractor, insurance, and admin payments Reconcile supplier and intercompany accounts monthly Prepare and post journal vouchers, bank receipts, and reconciliation statements Manage petty cash, utility bills, and imprest reimbursements Handle monthly payroll, leave salary, and final settlements Coordinate with project teams for client billing and invoicing Monitor budgeted vs. actual labour costs for production Support internal and external audits Conduct spot checks on inventory and ensure accuracy Ensure proper data entry and updates in the ERP system

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the steel fabrication or construction sector Strong knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and accounting tools Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Strong communication and organizational skills High level of integrity and professionalism
