Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Accountant

to join our team in the

limousine industry

. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in

UAE accounting

,

Tally ERP

,

Advanced Excel

, and working knowledge of

RTA and ENOC VIP Portals

. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting using

Tally ERP

Prepare and manage

corporate client invoices

Maintain

petty cash

accounts Track and reconcile

Salik usage

,

vehicle fines

, and

RTA wallet balances

Operate

RTA Portal

to manage fines, vehicle data, and service tracking Operate

ENOC VIP Portal

for fuel management, top-ups, and fleet fuel reporting Maintain loan schedules, vehicle insurance records, and

fleet depreciation

accounting Reconcile

bank statements

, process journal entries, and maintain ledgers Use

Advanced Excel

to generate reports (VAT, expense tracking, client billing) Assist in

VAT filing

, audit preparation, and monthly financial closing Cash flow planning fund planning

Requirements:

2-3 years of UAE experience

in a

limousine/transportation company

Proficient in

Tally ERP

and

Advanced MS Excel

Familiar with

RTA VIP Portal

and

ENOC VIP Portal

Strong understanding of

UAE VAT

and

accounting regulations

Excellent

communication

,

organization

, and

time management

skills Able to work

independently

and meet

tight deadlines

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting

,

Finance

, or related field

Qualifications

2-3 years UAE experience

in a

limousine or transportation company

(Required) Proficiency in

Tally ERP

and

Advanced Excel

(Required) Experience with

RTA VIP Portal

and

ENOC VIP Portal

(Preferred) Strong knowledge of

UAE accounting standards

and

VAT regulations

Excellent

communication

and

organizational

skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in

Accounting
