We are a busy Interior Design & Fit-Out company. We need a

skilled

Accountant to join our team

immediately

to manage our daily finances and project costs.

!! IMPORTANT: APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS !!

You MUST be currently living in Qatar.

This role is for

immediate hire

, preferably on a

Secondment basis

(on your current visa). We will also consider strong candidates who require

Sponsorship Transfer (with NOC)

The Role

We need an accurate and organized

Accountant

.

You will handle the day-to-day accounting, manage cash flow, and help us track the costs of our projects. You will ensure all our financial records are perfect and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations:

Handle petty cash, bank reconciliations, and daily journal entries.

Invoicing:

Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and on time. Follow up on payments.

Payables:

Manage supplier payments. Check LPOs against invoices before paying.

Project Costing:

Track expenses for each project separately. Report on project profitability.

Payroll:

Prepare monthly payroll and handle WPS processing.

Reporting:

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for the CEO.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

3+ years of experience as an Accountant in Qatar.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience in

Contracting, Fit-out, or Construction

is a huge advantage (you need to understand project costing).

Software:

You are an expert in MS Excel. Experience with accounting software (like QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho) is required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Language (Required):

You

must

have excellent professional skills in

English

(spoken and written).

Attitude:

You are honest, detail-oriented, and can handle pressure.

Big Advantages (Preferred but Not Required)

You can also

speak Arabic

. You have a Qatar Driving License.

Salary:
