Responsibilities
Monthly and yearly stock taking.
Petty Cash Management .
Bank Reconciliation on daily basis.
Customers and suppliers Reconciliation on monthly basis.
Verify invoices, purchase orders and ensure that necessary entries have been made.
Export and Import Documentary Credit.
Prepare and send invoices to debtors.
Perform the reconciliation of Bank, Debtors, Creditors and stock.
Cash Management and Bank deposit.
Coordinate with auditors both internal and external during audits.
Controlling over all accounting and financial matters, handling and maintaining accounts up to finalization.
Maintain bank borrowing schedule.
Check customers' credit ratings and advise the management accordingly.
Maintaining purchase and sales book including stock register.
