Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile
General Ledger accounts
on a monthly basis. Record, classify, and summarizefinancial transactions
accurately. Prepare and reviewbank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and intercompany accounts
. Ensure compliance withaccounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements
. Manageaccounts payable and receivable
entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist inmonth-end and year-end closing activities
. Prepare and analyzefinancial reports and statements
. Supportaudit activities
by providing documentation and explanations as required. Monitorcash flow and petty cash transactions
. Collaborate with the finance team to improveprocesses and internal controls
.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field
. Minimum5 years of accounting experience
(preferably in a similar role). Strong knowledge ofGeneral Ledger accounting and reconciliation
. Proficiency inbookkeeping and transaction recording
. Hands-on experience withaccounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
. Excellent knowledge ofMS Excel
and financial reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level ofaccuracy and attention to detail
. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
