Job Description
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE LOGISTICS/FREIGHT FORWARDING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Roles and Responsibilities 1. Prepares Financial Statements and related lead schedules for Internal reports & External Audits 2. Liaise with Auditors during yearly External Audits 3. Responsible for the preparation, filing, payment & review of VAT related returns 4. To monitor compliance with FTA & Banks 5. Manage FTA portal of the Group 6. Handles Accounts Receivables and collection from Customers 7. Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation 8. Handles Guarantee applications and renewals 9. Prepares Customer invoicing for Abu Dhabi. 10. Prepares Petty Cash vouchers 11. Duplicate functions of colleague on annual leave 12. Other functions that maybe assigned from time to time Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- What is your mother tongue?
- Logistics: 3 years (Required)
- UAE Accountant: 3 years (Required)
