Job Description

We are looking for a

reliable and detail-oriented accountant

to manage our financial operations, including

quotations, invoicing, payments, payroll, and VAT submissions

. Our company operates in the

3D printing industry

, and we need someone with strong accounting skills to ensure smooth financial management.

Responsibilities:



Quotations & Invoicing:

Handle the day-to-day preparation of quotations and invoices.

Payments & Payroll:

Manage all payments, payroll processing, and business expenses.

Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

VAT Reporting:

Prepare and submit VAT reports on time while keeping all relevant documents properly archived.

Expense Management:

Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient financial planning.

Financial Compliance:

Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and accounting standards.

Requirements:



? Experience in

accounts, VAT submissions, and payroll

.
? Proficiency in

Zoho Books or other online accounting systems

.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
? Excellent organizational and communication skills.
? Must be

based in the UAE

(preference for

Sponsor

visa holders

).

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid Role

- Minimum

1 day per week in the office

(Abu Dhabi, Musaffah).

- Full-time

remote work options for other days.
