FIRE7 LLC is A+ certified and approved by Civil Defense and Free Zone Authorities to install, maintain, and testify all kinds of Fire Protection Systems in Dubai, Sharjah, and Jabel Ali Free Zone.

We are looking for a proactive Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our billing and collection processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely follow up for payments over phone.

Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, ledgers, and journals. Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and expense reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines. Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions. Negotiate terms and prices with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Monitor inventory levels to determine purchasing needs. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies. Coordinate with departments to ensure material requirements are met. Oversee the receipt, storage, and issue of materials and goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and stock variance. Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and safety standards in the store. Manage inward and outward materials documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.

Skills:
