Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join a reputed Financial Brokerage company in Dubai. The role will support day-to-day accounting operations, VAT compliance, and corporate tax requirements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to UAE financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Handle VAT calculations, filings, and compliance in line with UAE regulations
- Assist with Corporate Tax documentation and compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and control accounts
- Support audits and liaise with auditors and tax consultants when required
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE
- Hands-on experience with VAT and Corporate Tax
- Experience within a financial brokerage or financial services firm is an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Indian male candidate preferred
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
