This dual-role position is ideal for a professional who can handle both inventory management and administrative support responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Accounting Duties: . General Ledger Management . Accounts Payable & Receivable . Bank Reconciliations . Month-End and Year-End Close . Financial Reporting . Tax Filing Support . Audit Preparation . Assist with Budgeting . Cash Flow Management Secretarial Duties: . Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondences. . Prepare reports, documents, and presentations. . Organize and maintain filing systems (digital & physical). . Support the management team with administrative tasks. Requirements: . Nationality: Filipino nationals only (Transferable Iqama). . Proven experience in accounting and/or secretarial work. . Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). . Strong communication and organizational skills. .
