Accountant Cum Purchaser

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Cum Purchaser to perform and coordinate Daily duties within our organization. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare projected budget.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Bank transaction control and reconciliation.
- Payroll processing and payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Report on the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial status and liquidity
- Support and work with Audit for financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Search potential vendors and provide quotations.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance required.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Expert of Tally Accounting software.
- Strong financial analysis and control skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work by self with no supervision.
- Experience in Tally, Quickbooks Accounting software.
- Ready to join immediately.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Accounting: 5 years (Required)
