We are Looking for an Accountant Cum Purchaser for our Construction Company with the following job responsibilities: Experience: Minimum 4 years Gender: Male Age: 25 to 40 Salary: |Negotiable Location: Naad Al shiba Education: Minimum Graduation Driving license and own transport is a must. Language: Hindi, English Total Vacancies: 1 The desired candidate must have at least: 1). 4 years of work experience with a construction company in UAE. 2). Must be able to analyse buying need, raise quotations, do comparison, negotiation and issue purchase order. 3). Coordinate with Project Engineer and make payment requests for the materials, subcontractor payments, or any other payments and maintain proper records. 4). Good knowledge of all the construction material (like -sand/concrete/ cement, steel, etc), with best material and market rates. 6). You will be working on site and will keep attendance and over time records of all the site\xe2\x80\x99s employees. 7). You must have good excel skills and knowledge of tally. 8).
