We are looking for a dependable and organized Admin / Coordinator to handle administrative daily tasks which requires strong organizational skills and with experience in accounting procedures and transaction such as sales reporting, invoicing, management reporting.
Handle daily administrative duties including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Maintain and update company records, invoices etc.
Good knowledge of accounts handling
Enter accounting records, invoices, and petty cash logs.
Ensure proper documentation and organization of contracts, receipts, and office records
Manage customers data
Fluent in English
Proficient in MS Excel and Email Writing
Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role (1-3 years preferred).
