Manage office administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Handle accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports as needed.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses.
Support the management team with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in both administrative and accounting roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
