Collaborate with consultants and directors to design financial workflows, policies, and systems.
Handle basic accounting tasks, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and tax compliance.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
Research and recommend accounting software or tools suitable for the company's needs.
HR Functions:
Manage employee records, payroll processing, and compliance-related documentation.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop HR policies in collaboration with consultants.
Support in setting up a structured HR department.
