Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Ecobreeze Pest Control and Cleaning Services is a growing company providing professional pest control and cleaning solutions across the UAE. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant cum HR (Female) to join our team and handle both financial and human resource functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including data entry, invoices, petty cash, and bank reconciliation Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and support in auditing Handle payroll processing and WPS Maintain employee files, leave records, and attendance Oversee visa processing, renewals, and coordination with PRO Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Assist management in budgeting and cost control
Requirements:

Female candidate only Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in accounting and HR Strong knowledge of UAE labor and HR regulations Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) Excellent communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask
