We are looking for a Professional Accountant Cum HR Admin with hands-on experience in automotive services within the UAE. The ideal candidate must be familiar with job costing, inventory of technical materials, and contractor/vendor payments in a small to medium-sized business setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations (invoices, payments, receipts, petty cash, etc.)
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow forecasts
Handle client billing, VAT filing, and bank reconciliations
Monitor supplier payments, AMC/contract invoicing, and collection follow-ups
Coordinate with technical staff for job costing and material tracking
Assist in office administration, quotations, and supplier coordination when needed
Monitoring and processing HR-related and general administrative tasks
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Develop and maintain a filing system
Performing any other administrative roles.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
