Job Overview:
we are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual to join us as an Accountant cum Administration. This multifaceted role involves maintaining financial records, overseeing daily administrative operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.   • Record and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Oversee general office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle communication and correspondence, both internal and external.
  • Support human resources functions such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and update procedures accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular financial and administrative reports to management.
  • Provide financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
