Job Description

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Update accounts receivable and issue invoices Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations. Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payments of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures. Issue and prepare Invoices. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports Update financial data in a timely manner. Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Assist with other accounting projects. Updating financial records via accounting software. Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line. Preparing quarterly budget under the purviews of senior management. Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets. Ensure that information is accurate. As needed, assist with other accounting projects. Provide administrative support for HR executives Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation,s and days off Help in payroll management, preparation, and payment Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures Answer employees' questions and provide requested information Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes Answer telephone calls and provide needed information Create reports for senior management Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Excellent organizing abilities Great attention to detail Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
