True Care Medical Trading LLC is looking for an experienced
Accountant cum Admin Staff
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid UAE accounting experience, strong administrative skills, and proficiency in office management.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
Perform general administrative tasks, including documentation and office coordination
Draft professional emails and manage correspondence with clients and vendors
Support management with daily office operations and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email drafting
Language:
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
Other Skills:
Basic IT skills are an advantage
Visa Status:
Own visa is an advantage
Flexibility:
Ability to handle various administrative tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
