Maintain daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and other accounting documents.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Assist in preparing financial reports such as profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Assist with tax filing, VAT returns, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors and external accountants when required.
2. Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems (both physical and digital).
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and travel arrangements.
Prepare letters, emails, and other office correspondence.
Manage and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
Support HR tasks such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records.
3. Coordination & Support:
Act as a point of contact between departments for financial and administrative matters.
Support the management team with any ad-hoc tasks or reports.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data and documents.
