Experienced Accountant (ODOO) - Retail & Wholesale

We are looking for a

highly experienced Accountant

with strong hands-on knowledge of

ODOO Accounting Software

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in

Retail and Wholesale businesses

, preferably within the

Alcohol / Beverage industry

, and be available for

immediate joining

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

day-to-day accounting operations

using ODOO ERP Maintain

books of accounts

, general ledger, and journal entries Manage

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

Prepare

VAT returns

, reconciliation, and compliance as per UAE regulations Perform

bank reconciliations

, cash flow management, and monthly closings Generate

financial reports

, P&L, balance sheets, and management reports Monitor inventory accounting for

retail & wholesale operations

Coordinate with auditors, management, and external stakeholders Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
Requirements

4-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE

(mandatory)

Strong experience with ODOO Accounting Software

(mandatory) Experience in

Retail & Wholesale sector

(mandatory)

Alcohol / Beverage industry experience

is highly preferred Good knowledge of

UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws and regulations

Proficient in

Hindi and English

(both required) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Salary & Benefits

Salary:

As per experience (AED 4000 - AED 6000)

Benefits as per UAE Labor Law
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
