Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant (CA) with a strong background in VAT and tax regulations, preferably with prior experience in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will manage all financial activities, ensure tax compliance, and support the financial health of the organization by delivering accurate reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with local and international accounting standards. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and other applicable tax regulations. Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and on time. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants. Analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Reconcile accounts, monitor cash flow, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Review billing systems and healthcare revenue cycles for accuracy and compliance. Maintain documentation and audit trails for all financial and tax-related transactions. Support procurement and inventory accounting relevant to medical supplies and equipment. Provide guidance to non-finance teams on tax-related matters. Assist with internal control processes to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and tax compliance. Familiarity with healthcare billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle). Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience working with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
