Job Summary:

We are hiring a

qualified Chartered Accountant

to oversee our

accounting, financial reporting

, and

UAE compliance functions

. This role requires a deep understanding of

UAE VAT, Corporate Tax

, and

regulatory filings

, along with strong experience in maintaining accurate and compliant financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain

accurate and up-to-date books of accounts

in accordance with UAE regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS). Prepare and file

VAT returns

in compliance with

Federal Tax Authority (FTA)

guidelines. Handle

Corporate Tax registrations, assessments

, and timely

tax return filings

as per UAE tax law. Ensure

compliance with ESR (Economic Substance Regulations)

,

UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Ownership)

, and

AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

requirements. Manage and process

client invoicing, vendor payments, bank reconciliations

, and

payroll accounting

. Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

for internal and external use. Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants during

audits or regulatory reviews

. Assist clients with

accounting-related documentation

required for business setup and bank account openings. Monitor and implement

internal financial controls and budgeting

processes. Maintain secure and organized

digital financial records

for both the company and client portfolios.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

or

CA Inter.

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the UAE

(preferably in the business setup or professional services industry). Strong knowledge of

UAE VAT

,

Corporate Tax

,

ESR

, and

FTA regulations

. Experience using

accounting software

like

Tally (Mandatory), Zoho Books, QuickBooks

, or similar. Up-to-date with

UAE labor law and commercial company regulations

. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Salary & Benefits:

AED 5,000 - AED 8,000 per month
