Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, VAT filings, and management reports as per local compliance regulations.
Assist clients with setting up accounting systems for new businesses, including chart of accounts, invoicing, and payroll setup.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and filing deadlines (e.g., VAT, corporate tax, ESR, UBO).
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Support the setup of new businesses by advising on accounting, tax registration, and reporting requirements.
Maintain accurate records for all client entities and internal company accounts.
Liaise with the legal and PRO teams for documentation related to company incorporation and renewals.
Handle month-end and year-end close processes for client and internal accounts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a
business setup, corporate services, or consultancy environment
.
Knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, Xero).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
