Key Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Implement Chart of Accounts and record accounting entries for transactions.
Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and general ledgers.
Prepare financial reports.
Assist in payroll processing and tax preparation.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Communicate with clients to address financial inquiries and provide support.
Utilize bookkeeping software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) to manage records efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR a recognized bookkeeping/accounting certification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Proficiency in bookkeeping software (Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
