We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust accounting practices, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.

Account Reconciliation:

Perform detailed bank and balance sheet reconciliations, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies.

General Ledger Management:

Maintain integrity of the general ledger by reviewing and validating journal entries in accordance with company policies.

Budget Management:

Assist in budget development, analyze variances, and monitor financial performance against forecasts.

Tax Administration:

Oversee end-to-end tax processes, including preparation, filing, and compliance, while coordinating with external tax advisors.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct in-depth feasibility assessments and risk evaluations to support strategic decision-making.

Team Development:

Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to foster professional growth and enhance team productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

3-4 years of accounting experience in the Education industry (mandatory).

Education: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
