Job Purpose An Accountant helps businesses make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company\'s finances. They are responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year. Key Responsibilities and Tasks ERP Coordination \xc2\xb7 Creation of new Companies and set up initial configurations, chart of account and cost centers in ERP Next. \xc2\xb7 Creation of multi currencies and setting of currency conversion rates in ERP Next. \xc2\xb7 Uploading of all the financial data from January 2021 till date for each company set up in ERP Next (Bulk uploading of templates for FY 2021 including Sales, purchase, commissions, banks and other transactions for UAE, Belgium, Lithuania and South Africa). \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with the consultant for updating the ERP Next version and required configuration and customization. General Ledger and Reporting \xc2\xb7 Reconciliation of expenses with the bank statements (for UAE, Belgium, Lithuania, South Africa and USA). \xc2\xb7 Matching Bank payments and receipts with ERP Invoices for proper aging and other summary report generations from ERP Next software (for 2022). \xc2\xb7 Reconciliation ERP Next data with dashboard, Bank Statements etc. \xc2\xb7 Booking of routine expense transactions into ERP Next accounting package. \xc2\xb7 Setting fixed asset register and monthly depreciation/amortization entries in ERP. \xc2\xb7 Setting deferred expenses or incomes and monthly allocation to relevant ledgers in ERP. \xc2\xb7 Booking Intercompany transactions using multi-currency options to ERP Next. \xc2\xb7 Reconciliation of related party ledgers with Head office. \xc2\xb7 Exporting of various reports from ERP Next and submit to the line manager. \xc2\xb7 Training to KSA and other regions\xe2\x80\x99 accountants for ERP Next software. \xc2\xb7 Keep record for online bank transfer receipts. \xc2\xb7 Food distribution purchase invoice reconciliations. \xc2\xb7 Bank reconciliation including Belgium and Lithuania. \xc2\xb7 Any Other Jobs as per the Operation\xe2\x80\x99s requirement Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or Finance \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of ERP next software \xc2\xb7 Should Speak Arabic \xc2\xb7 Saudi Experience preferred Experience \xc2\xb7 At least 2 year experience \xc2\xb7 Experience in ERP next software is required \xc2\xb7 Experience working with financial statements and or bookkeeping preferred. \xc2\xb7 Advanced level Excel skills required.
